The upper level is surrounded by a wooden veranda, which is accessible from all rooms and offers plenty of space. Because of the free-standing location of the house, you will enjoy the impressive mountain scenery and the neighbouring rice fields, which are cultivated by the peasants like many centuries ago.

The front stairs lead atop the veranda to a commodious living room, where, due to an ingenious natural ventilation, the temperature is always agreeable, so that the fans would be needed only during extremely hot weather. The teak walls and the carefully selected furnishing provide a homelike and, at the same time, representative room. Also, TV, stereo and internet access are wired.

A central corridor leads to the two amply bedrooms, which feature teak walls and are fine examples of Thai style combined with western comfort (en-suite bathroom, fans, air conditioning).

At the corridor's end you will find the perfectly equipped kitchen and another stairs, which lead to the ground level.  Joined to the portico there is an additional guest room with bathroom. 

The property is surrounded by a spacious garden with mature trees, thick shrubs and a lotus pond. The most delicious tropical fruits grow here are free at your disposal.

The house  is located at the periphery of Mae Rim (Samoeng Junction) on Highway 107,j ust 300 meters away from the main road . A trip to Chiang Mai city center takes 20 minutes by car. 

Mae Rim is convenient for tour to many tourist attractions, but also to a lot of places preferred by individual travelers. Three famous golf courses and the well-known Prem International School are nearby.
